Terms and Conditions 

Please read carefully as they set out our respective rights and obligations. Once you begin your tour, by default you accept these terms and conditions.
Once we confirm your booking a contract is made between Morecambe Bay Tours and you upon the terms and conditions set out below. 

Personal safety 

Each Customer is responsible for maintaining their safety at all times. By agreeing to take part on the Tour, all Customers are agreeing to listen to the safety instructions given by the Guide and to exercise due care and attention whilst walking.

Photos and video

We sometimes take photos and videos of our tours. These may be used for marketing purposes on our website, and social media.  On such occasions we will ask again for your verbal consent at the start of the tour and will not take your photo or video you if your consent is not given.

Cancellations 

If you need to cancel your place on a Tour, please let us know a minimum of 24 hours before the start time of the Tour, otherwise we can't refund your payment. 

If you need to reschedule your place on a Tour, please let us know a minimum of 24 hours before the start time of the Tour and we will reschedule the dates for you.

Due to dangerous weather conditions, for example, when The Promenade is closed due to a storm, and/or high seas, we may need to cancel a Tour. In this case we will offer a full refund and the opportunity to reschedule a Tour. Please note: we monitor the weather conditions regularly (both the night before and the morning of a Tour) and will notify you of dangerous weather conditions and any cancellation that result as soon as possible. 

If we need to cancel for any other reason, for example if a Tour Guide is unavailable due to sickness, we will notify you immediately and no later than 24 hours before the start time of your Tour. In this case you will be entitled to a full refund and the opportunity to reschedule a Tour.

Late arrivals

The Tour will start at the stated time so please arrive at least 10 minutes before. We can't offer refunds if you arrive late.
